I'm passionate about teaching and speaking and have been publishing videos five days per week to help people flex their mind and nourish their well-being. I also have a chef training background and a degree in German Language & Linguistics.
Once you've registered I'll send you a copy of my bulk meal planning cookbook, Cook a Week of Meals in 4 Hours.
The book will act as the foundation to the program that you can use as a guide, to make sure your kitchen is ready to cook in bulk, and to choose from a number of healthy recipes and meal plans.
From Monday through Friday for each of the 4 weeks, I'll post a training video, ideas and resources, and a Q&A session twice per week.
In week one, I'll provide an overview of how to get started. For the remaining weeks I'll provide details on cooking methods, ingredient modifications, snacks, etc.

It's your turn to go shopping and cook a week of meals. You'll make a short video of your "final product" to submit to the group for discussion on Monday.

The 30-Day Meal Planning Challenge is an interactive program that requires you to take an action every day in the Facebook group, and practice bulk cooking once per week. If you commit to the program agreement, demonstrate that you did a bulk cook each week, and if you are still not satisfied with your progress, I will refund your investment.
