About Darren Stehle

While I started working as a professional in the health and fitness industry in 2002, my health has been a life-long focus.


I continually seek to improve my skills and personal growth in a variety of ways with both experiential and traditional learning. 


I've written a few books, launched a few websites, and have operated EatMoveBe.com since 2014.

  • Feel less stressed, feel better physically, and save money on eating out.

  • Using my bulk cooking method, you'll be taking care of your health and your well-being, starting with what you eat on a daily basis!


    What's Included in the 4-week Program?

    Once you've registered I'll send you a copy of my bulk meal planning cookbook, Cook a Week of Meals in 4 Hours.


    The book will act as the foundation to the program that you can use as a guide, to make sure your kitchen is ready to cook in bulk, and to choose from a number of healthy recipes and meal plans. 

    The Weekly Program Schedule

    From Monday through Friday for each of the 4 weeks, I'll post a training video, ideas and resources, and a Q&A session twice per week. 

    Mondays

    In week one, I'll provide an overview of how to get started. For the remaining weeks I'll provide details on cooking methods, ingredient modifications, snacks, etc. 


    Tuesdays

    I'll go LIVE in the group to answer questions and challenges from the weekend’s meal planning session. 


    Wednesdays

    Strategies, ideas, and resources to improve meal planning and preparation. 


    Thursdays

    Share your meal plan for the weekend with the group. I'll review and offer feedback. 


    Fridays

    Another LIVE Q&A in the group to talk about your coming bulk cooking session. 


    The Weekend

    It's your turn to go shopping and cook a week of meals. You'll make a short video of your "final product" to submit to the group for discussion on Monday.

    The 30-Day Meal Planning Challenge is an interactive program that requires you to take an action every day in the Facebook group, and practice bulk cooking once per week. If you commit to the program agreement, demonstrate that you did a bulk cook each week, and if you are still not satisfied with your progress, I will refund your investment.
