In Stage 1, I do my first batch of cooking using the oven and stove top for a variety of dishes. Each dish is time indexed. I offer a lot of ideas for varying recipes, as well as cooking techniques, cooking times, and "doneness" for meat.
In Stage 2, I prepare two more dishes to add variety in my week. You could make the salad on one day, and any slow cooker recipe on another day.
