Your session includes a proper warm-up, mobility drills, bodyweight strength training using the outdoor TrekFit equipment, and an effective cool down with stretching.
Weekday mornings from 7-9am are the coolest time of day with the lowest humidity during summer months. Later in the evenings (6:30 or 7pm start) are also good as the sun is less directly overhead.
