Come join me for an exploration of movement and fitness in nature, this Saturday 15 July, 2017 in Toronto.
Explore your ability to move freely and naturally outside in nature. We will explore a variety of movements from mobility drills, core exercises, and dynamic stretching all leading to mindfulness through physical exercise.
Not quite a boot camp, but not totally yoga… you’ll be challenged, you’ll sweat, and you’ll feel completely relaxed come the end of the class!
*WHEN* Saturday 15 July at 10:30AM to Noon (weather permitting).
*WHERE* Riverdale East park (Broadview & Riverdale Ave). Meet at the base of the hill near the track.
*WHAT* Bring a beach towel (or yoga mat, but the towel is easier), a towel to wipe off the sweat, and water. Dress in light-weight clothing that’s easy to move in.
*COST* This first session is FREE, but you are welcome to make a $20 donation (the cost going forward for the rest of the summer).

See you there.
