- Break down what you want to do (your goals) into individual skills.
- Next develop those skills with daily actions.
The more you improve and build your skills, the more likely you are to achieve your fitness and weight loss goals.

Improving your current eating, fitness, and health habits that you’ve repeated for years requires a new set of skills. To do this successfully it’s easier to make lasting health improvements in small amounts practiced every single day.
As you progress in the nutrition and fitness program you’ll see incremental improvement as each new habit builds upon the earlier ones.
This is the classic snowball effect: as the snowball rolls down the hill, not only does it gather more snow and increase in size, it also gains momentum. Most importantly, you will see and feel the positive changes to your body and health.

The ProCoach program is a one-year program that uses a client-centered, habit-based approach to help you lose fat, gain strength, and improve your health.
Each day you’ll receive an email with what’s on for that day. You’ll log in to your account to read a lesson, which supports your bi-weekly nutrition or health habit. You’ll mark whether or not you’ve read their lesson and practiced your habit for the day.
In addition to the nutrition lessons and habits you’ll receive a daily workout or active recovery option.
Your workout will be based on your physical needs, such as injuries or chronic pain, and your fitness goal of fat loss or muscle gain. With each workout you’ll have the option to do a full or modified routine (gym or equipment-based), or a program that you can do at home.
