What’s included in the EatMoveBe 365 Coaching Program?
Now you can make lasting progress with my habit-based, 1-year online fitness and nutrition platform, which includes virtual coaching support sessions with me.
- Initial consultation with me to learn more about you and set 12-months goals and benchmarks along the way to know you are making progress.
- Access to software with daily nutrition lessons and habits (ProCoach app).
- Exercise program software that you can customize by location (home or gym), goals (lose body fat, maintain, gain muscle), and physical ability. This is a 12-month fitness program complete with video and written instruction,
- In-app progress tracking for measurements, a customized meal plan, and an on-going “users manual” that you develop for yourself as you progress thought the program.
- Complete in-app and email support as you work your way through the program, when you have questions, or are struggling outside of our coaching calls.
As a bonus, I will give you access to my Cook a Week of Meals Video Program. Take the next steps to cook your meals in bulk, or to finally learn how to cook for yourself!
The work we do together is process and outcome based
In my coaching I don’t charge for “time elapsed.” I charge for the very real possibility of your goal being accomplished that would not have been achieved without deeply meaningful coaching. My current rates for this program range between $600 and $1200 per month, with a three month commitment. We will agree to a framework of how many coaching sessions work best to help you get what you want.
Whatever coaching plan you choose
Let’s book a couple of hours for a conversation. During this time I want to find out more about you and if you’re an ideal person for me to work with. Ultimately if I don’t feel that connection, or if I believe there’s a better solution for you, I won’t be afraid to let you know.
There are only two agreements for this conversation
- I agree not to sell you anything during this call. This is purely a discovery session for each of us to learn more about the other.
- You agree to show up completely and truthfully. By that I mean, take the time to thoroughly complete the application questions. Book our session in your calendar and create an environment so that you can be 100% present for our conversation. If you can’t do that, consider booking a different time.
